I had a plastic container like this that I used for years until it just got too funky to reuse again. I had to search through quite a few listings until coming upon this. I ordered and it was sent quickly. When it arrived, Mark and I were both surprised at the size and weight. This doesn't feel like flimsy glass. We're both very happy with this product and wished we had seen this sooner. Of course, being from Anchor Hocking helps too. I have yet to get a bad product from them.

Ordered this to replace the one I had previously. This cookie jar satisfies those who like to make big cookies and other sizes. Usually cookie jars are too narrow to fit larger thicker cookies. No this one. I have large hands and I can actually put my whole hand in the cookie jar and just about any cookie size I make. I would recommend.
