If you want to be able to make thin tortillas with delicious taste and texture, this is the way to go. Out-performs any other Masa Harina we have tried, by far! Can't go back to any of the others. Excellent!

I've tried a few organic masa flours for tortillas. This is the best I've had. The tortillas were soft and puffed nicely. I can wish it were cheaper, but that's true for everything these days.

My son and I have celiac, and I was looking for an organic, gluten-free masa harina to make our own tortillas. There aren't many organic options. And sadly, the Bob's Red Mill brand is made at a shared facility with wheat!I was really surprised by that, because Bob's typically has celiac-safe flours and oats.I ended up buying this flour because it's organic and gluten-free. (We are eating a LOT of tortillas now, and neither of the celiacs eating it get sick.) It makes delicious tortillas and the batter is easy to work with.If you are looking for gluten-free and organic, this is the flour to choose!
