• What if I am not satisfied with the final customization effect?

  Opentip is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality promotional products and customer service!

  If your order arrives differently from the rendering you approved or the products are otherwise flawed, please contact us immediately. We will try our best to provide you with the best solution.

  If your order arrives the same as the rendering you approved, but you don't like it, we can't provide after-sales help. We highly recommended ordering a sample before bulk order, such as a random sample or pre-pro sample.
