Great Speaker! After use I have to bump these to five stars. Can't beat these for the money. Looking forward to buying a few more. Just looking for the excuse and the bosses signature!

I installed 5 of these in ceiling to work with a Panasonic theater system. The installation was made easy using the template supplied. I really like the way they are directional, allowing the mid range and tweeters to be pointed at the listener. The clamping system was easy to use and the end result both looks and sounds great!

The back wall in my living room is way too far back, so the only option was the ceiling. These give off great sound and it was a cinch to install them. The provided outline for cutting was perfect. I also love how you can direct the sound since it is angled. It was the perfect option for my rear speakers.

Installed this speakers in my new house, its loud and clear. I have a sub that i also installed with these speakers and they sound awesome. Clear crisp sound.

These speakers look great on a white ceiling. They're really well made, and the folding arm system works great to hold these right up to the ceiling. I prewired my kitchen and living room to have these speakers, and I wanted there to be surround sound for the living room with these acting as the back set. The design is simple, and once you've cut the drywall according to the template, you're good to go. They blend in with can lights, and as far as connectors, you can use bared wire or banana plugs (which I used), and it's as simple as pointing the direction of the speaker the way you want it to go and tightening 4 screws.

These sound great and were a snap to install. I demoed the Bose & Klipsch competitors and these sounded every bit as good to my ears. Also I'm a big fan of the tweeter tilt adjustments and the heavy duty spring loaded banana sockets. They make great surround sound speakers or for light music when you have guests. Very crisp sound with a good amount of bass that's not muffled. Also, the grills (not pictured) are a snap to put on and have just the right amount of sheen to blend in with my ceiling. You barely notice them up there.

I have had these speakers about a year now and very impressed. I'm using 4 of them for surround speakers. I actually have 2 NHT towers for front and NHT Center Channel, which have a very smooth sound. Well these Yamaha''s compliment the NHT's, They are not harsh at all very smooth sounding highs and lows. Also pleased with the quality of the construction of the Yamaha speakers. Again very happy with purchase, would buy again.

I love these speakers. I was concerned about how they would sound but with them and a good subwoofer they sound AWESOME. they are not bright white so there might be a little contrast with you ceiling as was the case with me, but they are paintable.

These bad boys sound incredible in our kitchen. I even started doing the dishes just to keep listening to the highs and lows. Plan to purchase more sets soon.

I'm building a new house and needed some ceiling mount surround speakers. These speakers are angled to provide optimum sound quality. Love them. Highly recommend.

These are good speakers. Warning though, they are listed as 4 ohm speakers but are actually 8 ohm speakers according to the Box and manual from Yamaha!
