I've tried a number of different metals and Light and Dark pans for brownies. This one works the best with no sticking whatsoever. And no burning.

It is sturdy . However the non stick quality doesn't look promising. I will find out once I have used it couple of times. The size also looks smaller than what I had imagined.

I have only used this pan once so far but was keen to leave a positive review as it has performed brilliantly! I did not grease it, but my traybake tipped out perfectly and the pan was super easy to clean with a soft soapy sponge. It does not deform in the oven because it is quite sturdy, but it is not heavy. All in all, a really excellent baking tin in my opinion.

I actually use my tin to cook toad in the hole, the best one I ve found so far, it comes out really well & the tin is so easy to wash

I don't use this a massive amount, but have made intermittent cakes and the like in it for 6 months now and it still looks relatively new and has retained its shape and not done anything unusual.

I have several wilton bakeware items...cookie sheets and cake pans. I have had them over 20 years and are in perfect condition and never let me down. I do wash my bakeware by hand and think this is why they continue to look and bake well.

If you like to bake brownies, this is perfect. Square shaped and light (dark colour makes edges darker and crispier, it retains more heat and cooks the edges much faster than the rest, resulting in quite an uneven baking).
