This ladder is great! We have some rooms with 10' ceilings and the walls needed to be painted. I really had "ladder anxiety" about how stable it was and how high I'd have to go up to get to the tricky corners. But no problems with this ladder. Even up on the 5th step, I could lean forward and hold on to the ladder and feel very safe and stable.

Delivery was sooner than I expected. I use it mainly outside to clean straw from my roof amp; gutters. Was debating between 6' amp; 8' ladder. This 8' ladder seems to be what I needed as I don't have to strain to reach the gutters.

This is strong and very stable; but I do agree with other reviews that it is a bit hard to open. I drenched all the connections with silicone which helped; but it's still hard to open.

I Was debating between 8or10 ft , I think unless you have very high ceilings 8 ft is the way to go for most homeowners, ladder very stable feel very safe on it, and still light enough for one person to handle

Oh it was so nice to be able to pick it up and move it to clean my gutters out...not heavy...very sturdy...i love it!!! I highly recommend the Louisville Ladder!!!
