I absolutely love these. I understand jerky is a love it hate it. To each their own. These are kinda dry but not crazy dry. So much easier to eat than traditional jerky. And the hot does have some heat. I keep them refrigerated in a gallon bag after opening. Though just like everything else these have dramatically gone up in price. Hard to find the value. I wish they were still $30-$35
