The dimensions are just right for those tight jobs. It's super thin and paired with some ground down standard size bits you would be hard pressed to find a more compact combination. The one I received does in fact have 52 teeth as stated by other reviews not 48.

Awesome little bit ratchet. I used this tool on the old Audi/VW 1.8T when replacing a coolant flange on the back of the motor. I was so impressed by its versatility I bought another for the toolbox at work. It comes in handy on many jobs when you're trying to get at a fastener in a tight space. Can't recommend this one enough.
