Performance - The strap itself works fine. The padding is a little wide and would probably feel better, per my personal preferences but to each their own, if it was thinner. It does, however, cushion well enough that my over-packed and heavy tool bag can be carried comfortably without soreness. Build Quality - I would say the quality of the strap and clips are decent. Not your run of the mill, made in china, breaks in a week, weak metal, but not built to last through the ages either. it's a medium grade build quality. It feels like it will last for a couple of years at the rate I use it before i notice any real degradation, but take that with a grain of salt as I have not used it enough to bet money on it, and its longevity will vary greatly depending on individual use. If you use this strap a lot every day, or you're rough or abusive with your tool bags, it obviously won't last as long.

Seems to be good however, I bought for my son, he loves how it helps him do his work, after using it an he asked about when the middle pouch, I didn't notice that it was missing, a small porch, he has it out on a remote site and already used even some paint on it, so I could not return for a exchange, could you please send me the middle pouch that I have paid for please. NOTICE I HAVE REVIEWED, I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT, THEY ARE LIKE CONTACTING A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY, SAVE YOUR MONEY.....terrible service, terrible item, customer service like dealing with third world country falling apart, poor quality, save money , do not buy from fm sales, WARNING, READ NOTICE NOW, I can not give less than one star, would be -110
