I thought this was more maroon but when we got it the color is very brown which coffee color should be. was going by pic which looks more maroon

These are the cheapest pieces of garbage I have ever seen. They look so tacky and just aren't good quality. I will have to order different ones, but now I'm scared to end up with similar bow ties. I will have the boys try them on, but the material is just so cheap and they're poorly stitched. Spend a little more money and get decent bow ties!

Flimsy and did not clip very well. You can tell it's a cheap bowtie. Still wearable though.

I was so disappointed with the ties. I ordered them for a children's choir and before the concert, when all were getting ready, the ties actually fell apart in 3 pieces. This was a disaster before a concert. I will say, the company did reimburse me for the damaged ties which I returned to them. That was nice

Was very disappointed. The bow tie fell apart after a few uses, but did fit well. I bought another like this one at a different store and the fit was not good but has lasted a long time.

I'm sure most of you are here for the same reason I was, to acquire a bow tie for some 11th Dr cosplay. However I should have listened to the other reviews and went with the other slightly more expensive bow tie because this is not burgundy at all. It's a dark red, no purple element and not even close to matching the burgundy suspenders I also ordered on here. If you're not nitpicky this'll do just fine but I'm rather unhappy, especially since the picture shows a bow tie that really looks burgundy.

Ordered burgundy tie but was shipped the red tie instead. It does not match the burgundy hat ordered with it, which was disappointing.

This should be renamed to boy's bow tie because it did not fit my neck, and mind you I'm an average 5'9 male that weights 135 pounds with a waist of 30 inches. I'm fairly smaller than the average male and this still didn't fit. AVOID AVOID AVOID, you also cannot adjust it. PLEASE AVOID UNLESS YOU'RE PURCHASING FOR A BOY.

The bow tie arrived and was exactly what we wanted. It's a lovely rich red color and will be easy for my daughter to put on for her adventures in time and space. The problem was after paying $2.45 for shipping and handling the package arrived with $1.41 in postage due. The tie only weighs 2oz., but apparently they shipped it letter rate and it isn't a letter. Silly thing to wreck a review, but there it is. Btw would probably still have purchased if they charged me to cover their postage as it would still be a good price for the tie's quality.

I did a quick search and sort for self tie bowtie with super saver shipping, what showed up looked nothing like the picture (slimline vs batwing) and it was not self tie. If you are looking for a cheap bowtie that may last for a few nights, this is it, otherwise keep looking. Of note the tie is a good value, just not what I was looking for. For the price not worth returning, I may put it on a friends dog as a joke.
