Preparing Tinkyada Pasta is easy. No more mushiness like preparing some other rice products. Now you can enjoy pasta-penne, fettucini, spiral, spaghetti styles... made from rice.
A Canadian product made from U.S.A. rice.
Put 12 ozs. of pasta into 4 quarts of boiling water and add a tablespoon salt (do not add salt if on a sodium free diet). Stir occasionally and cook for 12-15 minutes until desired tenderness is reached. Rinse with a lot of cold water. Drain well. For best results, rid pasta of surface moisture. Can be served hot or warm with any kind of pasta sauce or in your favorite pasta recipes, in hot soup, in salad, stir-fried, or as a casserole. Use it as you would like any regular pasta.

These are wonderful. If you aren't told they are rice, it is very easy to assume they are wheat pasta. Good texture, doesn't fall apart, holds up to sauces. Can be refrigerated and warmed up without issue. The larger quantity keeps very well for long periods and is a better buy than multiple small bags.
