After using this for a month, I have difficulty using it, it does not close properly. Steam comes out from the edges. Unsafe. And rice is not cooked properly. What do I do with this now! I was trying to save money and here I just wasted.

I have used several rice cookers and this is by far the best one. It is easy to use and clean, works great and is pretty.
