Mission: Our goal is to completely eradicate Female Genital Mutilation/Cutting (FGM/C); eliminate obstacles such as inadequacy, inaccessibility, and unaffordability that prevent people, especially women and children from receiving primary and basic health care services in Sanyang and its surrounding villages in the Kombo, South District of The Gambia. In addition, we are working to provide tuition scholarships for village girls from middle schools through high schools and universities, and empowering them to become agents of change in their communities to help end Female Genital Mutilation.
