Mission: The primary function of the tensas council on aging, inc. Is to improve the quality of life for the parish's elderly and to provide services to the elderly as well as coordinate and monitor the services of other local agencies serving the aging people of the parish.

Programs: Provide congregate meals and home delivered meals.

provide social services to the elderly and provide in-home services for frail elderly citizens.

provide education, recreation and health services to the elderly and provide aid to abused elderly.
