Instructions are not very clear for connecting the bluetooth, the device name will be Bluetooth, lol. Easy to assemble and hang up, got this for my sons birthday and he loves it have been playing with it nonstop. Great to practice your boxing speed skills, the quality looks very durable, definitely recommend it

This is a WONDERFUL machine and it can get REALLY loud and really excite me to want to exercise. There is a few things it comes with which are gloves in most cases, your standard USB cord for charging, and velcro or stickies to put it on the wall. There is both pros and cons to this, but MOSTLY positive things to say. In regards to the POSITIVES this is blue-tooth enabled so you can play your own songs if you want, the volume can be QUITE loud so that's nice too if you really want to get into the workout, and there is various modes and speeds to use to really help motivate you. The biggest issue with this is that the sticky aspects don't stick that well so in too hot of an environment this can easily fall off the wall and crash to the ground. I would say if you aren't actively using it to take it off its sticks and lay off to the side when not in the room. For the longevity of USING the device in short time-frames didn't have any issues with it falling off. The other downside is that when it needs charged you would have to bring a power-bank UP to it or you would have to take it off the stickiness each time just to charge it which can be a bit of a chore but battery life seems pretty good in general so its not SUPER often you have to do that. This to me is a wonderful boxing machine and I am quite happy with how its working out for me!

I purchased this boxing pad for my 9 year old son. We have had difficulties getting it to stick and stay to the wall.

I mainly use my noise-canceling headphones while working out. This machine really gets your blood flowing during cardio exercises. By the 15-minute mark, I'm usually exhausted! Overall, a solid piece of equipment for intense workouts.

To say the instructions are bad is an understatement. It's poorly translated into English and not very clear. There are multiple settings, but you will have to play around to figure out what they mean. You have to press and hold two buttons to change the volume. The unit is mounted using the included velcro strips or can be permanently attached using the back double-sided adheasive. I mounted the velcro to an extra Ikea shelf countersunk and screwed it directly into the stud. I used three strips of base velcro from the other set instead of two. It comes with 2 pieces, 24 inches each. The machine is rechargeable or will run off of a charger. With a long press of the power button, you have a fast-paced boxing pattern with EDM. The gloves are identical to the other unit. Key differences between this and our other unit. Fewer, shorter velcro strips. No foam circles to pad the wall and reduce noise. No way to save records. Horrible instructions. You cannot hang it on screws. You can use the adhesive backing. The music and pace is much more in line with MMA videos and workouts. The other is boxing to Chinese soft rock music.

Gloves are not in the box, I thought it is included. The adhesive is not sticking on the wall. There is no volume. The punvhes only reached 100 and then it will reset back to 1 again. I am not satisfied with it.

Very easy to install, has everything you will need to install on the wall. It's fun to use, makes you want to exercise. The one drawback is that it's loud, very loud music.
