I was really glad to receive them because I was short forms to finish my reports. My only problem with the pages was that the spaces did not always match the printing so some forms were off. Since they were 1099's QuickBooks did not allow adjustments or test printing... but i used them, sent them off anyway and was glad to have them. Forms that I received earlier from another company matched perfectly.

3rd year in a row using these forms and they work perfectly. Unfortunately QB Online changed their system and no longer produce the 1096 automatically so I had to create one to print on the form. But the forms are perfect and work like a charm.

It has 2 of the numbers in the zip code reversed! Post office worker told me I wrote it wrong and I was sure I didn't. Went home to check and low and behold it was printed incorrectly on the 1096 form SMH!
