Edited: forms were actually correct 1096s with 1099-nec checkbox updated for 2020, the cover page was wrong and that caused a lot of confusion.

The item I received had no 1099-nec box on what turned out to be the cover. Inside, the forms are correct. Confusing packaging.

If you are buying these to use with 1099-NEC forms, they won't work. The box to check for NEC is missing.
