Product Description
Form 1096 - Annual Summary and Transmittal of U.S. Information Returns. Use this laser Form 1096 to summarize all 1099, 1098, 5498, and W-2G information for the IRS. You must complete one 1096 form for each payer. 1096 Forms are 8 1/2 x 11" with a 1/2" side perforation and are printed with required red scannable ink. Order by number of payers you need to file.
For the tax form, If you order before May, it will be for previous tax year (2024).
If you order after May, it will be for the present tax year (2025). Please make a comment if you need previous year's form.

I ordered the 25 set 1099-misc but inside the package were only Copy A and Copy C . I’m missing Copy B for my employees.

Do not buy this product. The software does not work. The product key that comes with the documents does not work. Then, after 6th try and call to customer service, it then would not update. don't waste your time.
