Its long lamp life of 2,000 hours will last 1.8 years (based on 3 hour per day use). This general use bulb fits into standard medium (E26) bases. It is ETL listed for damp locations.

We ordered these bulbs in blue and have had them up for about 3 weeks. They come on every night for 1 hour. The color has faded so that the bulbs no longer light up blue. They are just white. We have red bulbs that are in the same strand that have been red for 9 months plus. Not impressed with the blue

They work and they are green. They are not green for very long though. From the beginning they are dimmer than they should be but that was not a big deal because they were just a decoration. They are only on at night and just for a few hours each time. After 6 or 8 weeks, the green seems to have shrunk and cracked inside the bulb. Now they are just clear bulbs with splatters of dingy green. They are outdoors so maybe that speeds the process but they are not in extreme weather. In my opinion, they are fine for a temporary decoration as long as you don't expect them to last.
