Make sure you line them up properly, there is a little nipple that needs to line up with the orifice on your spa and then push it in and give it a tap to seat it and you are done. Very easy to install and works great

They fit my artesian hot water hub, perfect.. You just have to press them in. Make sure you get the tab lined up... The old one's had more of a straight connector that holds it in. But this one has a slanted one, but it works perfectly..
