The new board is much smaller. Picking up only two of three attach points. Also the power and fan wire attachments are in a different location on new board. After installation, heater fired right up. Note: my symptoms were a clicking sound. Fan was not turning on.

This unit fit our heater and was easy to install on the heater itself. Getting the heater out of the trailer is a different story. Our heater would only work one cycle, then only blow cold air. I replaced this along with the sail switch and thermocoupler. Now it works like it should. Hopefully, it'll last longer that the original which was 2 years old.

Furness would turn on, light up but went out after 9 seconds.. exactly every time. Tested everything else and it checked out okay so ordered this board and crossed my fingers. Works perfectly, hopefully it will last longer than the original (10 months).

My furnace board I knew was bad. I ordered this and easily installed and confirmed it fixed my issue. Its smaller than my factory board and they already sent in the box a conversion kit for individuals in that scenario.

Once you read how the RV furnace works you can follow the parts to check what each part does. You can check igniter that the gap is correct. You can check voltage to this board is correct. That the fuse is not blown and the furnace is not over heating.
