Very fresh smelling. Useful to mix with cheddar cheese powder for the perfect cheese sauce or popcorn topping. Not too hot.

It needs to be added to a liquid before application. The powder can be irritating if ingested in the air. With that said, it has become a staple on popcorn night. When added to butter it is a great mix for your popcorn.

My father introduced me to jalapeo popcorn if you take and melt butter along with your desired amount of the powder and let it come to a boil, set aside to clarify the ghee off of the pan and mix it into your pre-pop popcorn with some salt, it’s a wonderful addition and it sure helps you drink beer

I don’t know why I waited to so long to get this but it is so good! I put it on everything I can, spicy and delicious. Very great flavor can’t wait to use in more recipes. A little goes a long way and there is sooo much in the package, good value

My favorite is Hatch Green Chili, but I use this with it to add more heat. I'll even use it in beef with chopped jalapenos to ensure every bite is balanced with heat. It's a mild but flavorful heat that works well for me. I haven't tried it with chicken yet, but I bet it will pair nicely.
