The book is fine but as I said the DVD does not come and in the product photos and in the seller's description it says "Signing Naturally: Student Workbook, Units 1-6 (Book amp; DVDs)" and it is supposed to come with everything what it says, but does not come.

The whole reason I ordered this book was for the disks and I didn't get them! How could I possibly be expected to complete my coursework now without the disks?

The book was definitely a used book. I know. I rented instead of buying. But the DVDs work. I just feel like I should have bought the book in the first place, because renting it for each class doesn't seem right. the same book is used in several consecutive classes. Also, the photos are of ok quality, and it took a while to understand the components of the photos indicating movement. The videos are the star of the whole system. The actors involved do a great job.

Bought this book used for an ASL class that I’m currently taking, the price was right and it even came with the instructional DVD. It has more writing in it than I had expected but it really doesn’t bother me because it’s a very casual class that I’m taking at my church. I would certainly hang onto the book and use it for future reference. I will save this particular book is not very clear and it’s illustrations of signing. Some of it is difficult to understand so it’s good to use the book with my class. You could not really learn ASL well directly from the book without a video or personal instruction.
