I bought this one to replace the same one I had for 10 years but the rainshower quit working. Love this system so I replaced it with the same one again. I just wish the down rod was a little longer so kids could reach the controls a little easier (the shower head in this bathroom is high so the rod does not come down far enough.)

Purchased this to replace a near 20 year old first gen Pulse Kauai shower system. I did need to buy a shorter NPT nipple. The original shower system was apparently installed incorrectly. The down tube is a little shorter than the original. I just knocked off the original fitting (attached only with 3M tape) and positioned the new fitting. The transition between the rain head and hand held is silky smooth. No sputtering, knocking or rattling. Much improved valve design. And no leaks.

This unit takes a bit of thought to install but installation video from Pulse makes it easier to follow.i needed to buy 1-1/2 nipple 2 inch was too long but very install is different and easy to find at Ace Hardware!! Love it though this is my second one purchased!!
