The reason for 4 stars is each time you turn it on, you get one of three sounds. The reason it's not 3 stars is they rotate correctly and you can hit it twice to get to the proper Sonic sound. This did make completing my forth doctor outfit just right. I would NOT let kids play with this, it's made alright, and adults won't break it. Kids would tear this up quick. So while it's a 34;Toy34;, it's for grown up kids, not the smaller ones.

It's fairly nice. You can tell that it's plastic. I do also wish the the sound matched the screwdriver. It is the modern sound effect.

A fun grownups toy, and a good complement to my brown overcoat and Tom Baker scarf. Candidly I think it looks a little too plasticky from close range, but from 5' away you probably won't notice. The sound is right on, and the slide-switch is clever and not too easy to activate accidentally in your pocket.
