Product stopped working after a few months.

I have three of these plus one of the newer versions, and they’ve been fantastic. They sync up perfectly, so I can listen to seamless music throughout the house, and they work great with my smart lights. Setup was easy, and Alexa responds quickly to commands. Even though the newer version has better sound, these still hold up really well. They’re compact, reliable, and perfect for expanding a smart home setup. Definitely a solid choice!

The small size of the 3rd Gen Dot is a major plus. It fits easily on nightstands, shelves, or even countertops without taking up much space. Its fabric-covered design is also a subtle improvement over the previous generation's plastic. IT making a budget-friendly way to bring Alexa into your home. It works very well and Sound Quality is consistent.

All iI did was move homes and my Dot has the blue ring of death when Ii plug it in. I tried following the "instructions" to put it in pair mode, got my hopes up that would work. Yes,Ii tried the action button for 15 seconds. I even tried volume - and together for 15 seconds and i could not get the orange paring light to come on. When calling amazxon they said " we dont service them anymore" and gave me a 35 dollar credit towards the purchase of a newer generation. All my other dots work and I am not looking to change to a different version.

Bought this for my kid for Christmas and she loves it. It got good sound quality and works well. She likes to sit there and just talk to it and asks it all kinds of questions, and play music on it

Mounted under cabinet and got sick of resetting so it isn’t used.

I bought this for a Christmas gift and it went over great. I would definitely buy another one.

Tried all the troubleshooting and it still doesn’t work

I felt this product was very easy to install and use. My kids love it as well because if I’m not home they can call me from the Echo. I personally love it because I can use the drop in feature on the echo and make sure they are behaving until I get home.
