Saved me from buying a whole entire line, kind of pricey but they work great!

I used this 5/8 inch splice to repair the A/C vapor line on my 2006 Durango. I had a small section that was corroded / pinhole leaks. I cut out the bad section (about 1/2 long), and thoroughly cleaned the aluminum tubes with red scotchbrite. The repair is holding so far. Not pictured are O-rings that are behind the compression rings. The body and nuts are aluminum. The compression ring seems to be bronze or brass.
