Had issues with the basement of a house I purchased, ran a dehumidifier until the moisture reading is less than 40, started getting mold in one corner so I sprayed it with this stuff and it didn’t do anything. WASTE OF MONEY!

Concrobium Spray was recommended for use after Hurricane Helene flooded the bottom level of the house. Three feet of drywall was removed from the lower walls; this spray deterred further mold remediation and any growth. Five stars as it prevented additional issues! Easy to use

i wanted a product that didn't have such a chemical smell, which this product doesn't have. The problem is the product is worthless and doesnt work. Save your money go with the chemical stuff that actually works

May be too soon to really tell (a year or two would help), but I have a sheet rock ceiling in one part of my house that has has visible mold for several years. Roof is decade old metal over asphalt shingles and recently replaced all screws. Mold was painted over, but come back through. Testing by a professional verified the obvious mold was mold, but mainly (I guess) told me it was not spreading. the report recommended Concrobium. I sprayed all the visible spots, and sprayed again the next day, and could see the black mold looking gray. Painted with an oil-based paint, then with ceiling paint. I am pleased with the results abou a month later. Professional recommendation was to remove all sheetrock, evaluate situation,. and replace and refinish the ceiling. I chose to skip to just the Concrobium and refinish the ceiling. Time will tell!

First saw this used at work in a building that had a moisture problem and black mold was on the sealing. It worked so good that I ordered some for my house. It does take a little while for a noticeable difference, but applied correctly, the mold will go away.

El Producto es bueno y eficiente. Como a otros clientes le llega el paquete en malas condiciones. Deberan mejorar el embalaje. Los sueltan adentro de la caja y andan dando tumbos por todo el trayecto.

The stuff isn't magic but it does it's job if you follow the instructions and use common sense. I cleaned my apartment window first and then sprayed this stuff on the mold spots. It killed the mold and then I cleaned the window again and sprayed a little bit of this stuff again. I haven't seen mold come back since. I also used this to kill mold inside of a car that had water leak inside it and it worked. I sprayed the mold in the car and waited a minute then wiped it off and sprayed again to prevent future mold. I haven't seen any mold come back yet.

I spray it regularly on my basement carpet during the summer. Removes the musty odor and doesn’t leave any scent. Nothing else I’ve tried has worked as well.

A little goes a long way, I was able to do three-bedroom sliding windows with just one bottle with more then half of it left over, will buy again if needed.

Only problem for me is having to buy a whole bottle just to treat one little spot on my bathroom ceiling drywall where an exhaust vent had leaked, no idea when I will ever use it again. Otherwise it does what it is advertised to do in killing and preventing mold so if you need it for a larger area I do recommend purchasing this spray.

I just sprayed it and gave it a few minutes before wiping everything away. If it was mold or mildew I have no idea all I know is it’s gone and I’m happy.

I live in a humid place but the bathrooms in my apartment don't have fans or windows, so mildew on the tile walls of my shower was a constant issue. This product pretty much eliminated the problem, and I only apply it every 6 weeks or so.

This was great. It got the job done for a few spots in our bathroom and we never had to worry about it again. Definitely a must have for homeowners with moisture problems or stubborn bathroom areas.

If you live anywhere near the coast or in high humidity this product is the best I have found. If you have to store your tack for a while and do not want to be wiping your tack down every few days this is for you. Won't be without it again. Highly recommend! I have two show saddles in the house that slowly mold and this product stops that as well.
