So far so good. I have yet to actually mount it, but so far everything fits right on as it should. I would like to note that if you plan on using modern 5 1/4 speakers, be sure to get yourself some 1 5mm post extensions and a couple of spacers. The posts that come on the panel are shorter than stock, and they are in metric.The stock posts were 10-24 for the speedometer, and 8-32 for the speakers. With this one, they are all 5mm, which would have been more convenient if the specs mentioned this anywhere.Anyway, just know that the posts are, in fact, 5mm metric

All the rear mounts are there and it out a perfect match to original. It took paint just fine. Will be installing soon.
