The Rola-Chem 570351V Vertical Mount Flow Meter PVC-GALV 2" Pipe Size is a pitot-tube flowmeter that can easily be mounted to a pipe. This flow meter is built to withstand water temperatures up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and is manufactured to work with schedule 40 PVC pipe. A pitot tube, also known as pitot probe, is a flow measurement device used to measure fluid flow velocity. This mount flow meter is calibrated on both sides in gallons and liters per minute to give actual flow as a visual indication and it also has accurate readings due to the heavy-duty gasket that also ensures an airtight seal. It is also serviceable so you can easily open and remove calcium deposits if necessary. This flow meter is made with PVC-galvanized material for 2-inch pipe size with 10-inch Minimum distance from downstream elbow or restriction and 20-inch Minimum distance from upstream elbow or restriction and it also has an easy-to-read bobbin which is made with 316 stainless steel ball that prevents corrosion. This model is intended for a Vertical Mount position.
