I tried this for five days and every day I was nauseous and had diarrhea. I tried to take one then later take another one same thing happened. I always took it with breakfast or lunch.

Ok, this item is much cheaper than those popular brands and I can feel a difference from day one, especially focusing on issues. This product is a keeper, I matched the ingredients side by side to the popular brands and they're pretty much the same. I will continue to use this product, you cant beat the price. Thumbs UP!!

I've been taking this product for years, My brain surgeon endorsed it and that was proof for me that it was a genuine product . Does it help I don't know but I'm 86 and posting this opinion So i think it does work!

I have been taking this for about three months. I have seen none of the effects it claims to provide. I have memory issues and I get confused easily so I was hoping this would help. This is the second item I have tried for memory issues, first being Lion's Mane Mushroom supplements, neither have worked. It is also really expensive, one bottle is enough for 14 days. I cancelled my subscribe to save and will not continue to take this product.
