This is a great product. Works great spring assisted lift and lowering. Pull the locks when locked at top and let it go. The Wife doesn't call for help now

It seems to be very well made and was easy to install. It's very sturdy. It makes lifting the heavy mixer pretty easy but one thing I don't like is it can be a little difficult to get both handles locked in when you raise it. Lowering the appliance is fantastic. Just pull the handles to unlock the shelf and it slowly lowers itself back into the cabinet.

My husband tried to fix and thought he had it but irt continues to just hang there. Luckily my mixer didn’t fit on it so i put my toaster on it. Basically quality and storage capacity lacked.

After installing the product, my family wanted sugar cookies. I liked the height, sturdiness and ease of use of the soft close feature. Then I got a request for carrot cake which led to another baked item! This product is a game changer for me. I don’t have to lift this mixer anymore (they’re heavy). It’s made my baking experience so much better.

So very happy with this!! I've wanted one for years, my mixer is getting too heavy/bulky for me to keep getting in and out of the cabinet. Fortunately, my hubby is pretty handy and this installed with minimal cursing... most of it stemmed from him dropping the screws!!!

It seems to be very well made and was easy to install. It's very sturdy. It makes lifting the heavy mixer pretty easy but one thing I don't like is it can be a little difficult to get both handles locked in when you raise it. Lowering the appliance is fantastic.
