Phenomenal - I recently had a stomach ulcer and for a month I ate 1 teaspoon of this honey 3 times a day. This honey is thick and unbelievably delicious--the topping is crunchy and chewy. I eat it right out of the jar 1 - 2 teaspoons per day for health maintenance. This is coming from a person who does not eat sugar other otherwise. Really Raw is the real stuff --your can taste the flowers.
