Exactly as it looks in the picture. It is high enough quality that my three year old (who wears 5T) has worn it four times already and it has been washed twice, and it still looks like new. She wore a red shirt and red gloves with it, and even had me paint her face red. She also had a pirate sword...because what ketchup bottle wouldn't carry a pirate sword? Overall, this has been her favorite costume and was a big hit everywhere she went!
