Wonderful product that does its job. The extendable features are nice and work well. Since purchasing this a couple weeks ago I have scooped up about 250 balls out of the ponds around me.

The only thing we didn't like about this is the color of it, it's not that bronze color, it's actually silver. I don't mind it but I also like to receive what I'm being shown.

Does not work as expected. Can not clamp golf ball correctly. Used after refund expired. Could not get refund.

Guess they come in different colors. The one I was looking at and ordered was red. The one I received was black. No big deal, but wanted the red one. It works great and should last for many years.

Overall all, this is a decent ball retriever. The only issue is that sometimes the plastic pieces used to extend to different poles can be tough to work with.

I played around with it on my hardwood floors - have yet to have to fish a ball out of water. However, it is easy to do, and the golf balls were rolling around much more than they would in water, and I was easily able to pick them up, even with the pole extended a long way.

This is a very heavy and long golf ball retriever, and requires it's own place in the top of your golf bag. I wound up getting a "I GOTCHA" golf ball retriever as it is only 24 inches long when collapsed, and expands to 18 feet, and is lighter than the ProActive retriever. It fits easily into a side pocket.

Easy to use. A little longer than I want and therefore somewhat annoying in the bag. ( I use a hand cart) Unfortunately, already paid for itself

The pole is very sturdy, and extends easily. The only complaint I have is the cup. You have to scoop the ball and twist it in order to get it in the cup. However, after much practice, I am getting better at retrieving balls.
