I can wear this for long periods and get great relief from tendonitis just beyond the elbow on my outer forearm. This does not seem to harm my circulation as other all-cloth bands do. My doctor recommended this model to me, and it was a good call.

I'm a massage therapist and one of my coworkers recommended this band to me because I was having bad pain in my thumbs from over use. This band has been an absolute life changer. I love that I can wear it while I work and it's helped the inflammation in my forearm tendon decrease immensely and my pain disappeared almost completely. Highly recommend!!

Not good for physical activity that makes you sweaty. It slips down your arm even if it's strapped very tight.

Very helpful for tennis elbow...when my dr told me to wear this, I thought to myself, 34;yeah, right.34; But it really helps!

This helped out in a quest to get rid of a pesky and painful tennis elbow. It was placed on top of a compression sleeve and together the two helped get past the pain. It takes weeks or months to remedy the problem. Patience. Specific exercises for the elbow are mandatory. It???s all there on YouTube. This band by itself will do little to help healing. It will only help with pain temporarily. It???s comfortable and stays in place nicely. It???s well made and should last a lifetime.

Good arm band... doesn't have much "give" in it which is good and bad... definitely cuts down on the pain and discomfort...all around worth the money!

First my husband got one, then I got one and now more and more in our club are getting them. Why? They work. Tamps down that muscle and gets the others to pick up the load. Easy to wear all day in comfort. Easy to wash and keep clean. Durable. I wear mine now to keep from getting tennis elbow again. If I don't it creeps in.

Not sure if it is working as well as bands with the gel or air bubble that puts pressure specifically on the area of need.

Good product that actually relieves the pain. Just leaves a nice mark on your skin if you wear it too long. Rather have a mark than pain so it is great.

The band does help with the pain of my tendinitis. The only drawback is that the velcro on the strap sticks to my sweaters.
