Used it as a meal supplement. The way its made youre supposed to drink a bottle of water with it so that itll expand in your tummy and give you a full feeling

These Power Bars are one of my favorites. But they are very expensive when purchased individually at the grocery store or at a quick mart. Being able to buy them in a box makes them a very good deal.

Been eating these bars for well over a year. Keep one in my gym bag for after workouts and eat one as a snack during the day for extra protein. Excellent.

I love the fact that you get so many bars for a reasonable price. I have another brand that I usually buy but, I decided to try one of these while I was on my way to an appointment and I was hooked! The flavor is great. It's not gritty or overpowering. It's a great protein bar to me. Please be mindful that not everybody's palates are the same.

This is my go to bar on the run, at work when I can't grab lunch or I need something to get me through the low energy part of my day. Good flavor, not too sweet but sweet enough. I wish the price were a little lower but I recommend this!

I love these! Out of all the flavors I've tried the vanilla is my favorite, they have a great texture and are delicious. Be aware they do have sugar so if you don't want that in your diet these won't be for you, but if you don't care definitely buy these. It's a great value to buy the whole box it's cheaper than buying them individually at the store. They keep me satiated for a long time, and these are a great way to incorporate protein into your diet. The only downside is that they do make you a little bit gassy, but the longer I've been eating them the less noticiable it has become. They also seem to soften your stool, so if you have issues with constipation these may actually be beneficial in that regard. Honestly the side effect is worth it because these bars are so delicious.
