There doesn't seem to be a way to replace the item or get the part. Can anyone help?

I love my coffee cart it was easy to put together and very sturdy

...but I cursed like a sailor putting it together. A few of the pre-drilled holes were a bit small, but more importantly, they lined up flush and correctly. It fits a lot of stuff amp; frees up more counter space in my small one-bedroom apartment. It was exceptionally cushioned in the box and all nuts/bolts/screws/dowels/tools were complete. You will need a Philips head screwdriver. I also used a flat head screwdriver to keep the metal nut-doohickeys aligned while installing the longer bolts through them. The instructions were clear enough. I didn't agree with the order of all of them: for instance, I think the wood top should be placed last rather than before assembling and installing the drawer. Also, make sure the little wooden dowels are inserted at the same height/depth, and the pegged screws on the base of the countertop are all screwed in straight, evenly, and at the same height. I did have to saw the end off of one wooden dowel because it was too long compared to the others. I've bought worse for more money. I think it's more a $75 in-store retail item rather than $108, but some of that cost is indeed the postman schlepping it to you.
