Great product for engine building. The flow is good and bead size is ideal for use with a gasket. I used this on the intake manifold and the pan oil pan. For the intake I didn't use the rubber gasket parts provided by Mr. Gasket Co., as they caused my Speedmaster intake to sit too high. Instead I just used a bead of this product.The one thing I would say is I didn't know how to dispense at first. Maybe there are instructions on the container. The writing is so small, it's an eye test. I looked up how to use it on line when I couldn't get any product to come out. For the record, turn the clear nozzle a couple of turns to force up the trigger. Then when you pull the trigger, the valve in the container opens and dispenses. Of more flow, twist open more.

I followed the directions to a 't' even waited another 30 minutes before starting the car. Oil shot out everywhere. Took the part off, after another half an hour, and I could wipe it all off with a rag because it was liquified! Even regular RTV would have at least skinned over. I put some on a board and then waited an hour; STILL NOT SET UP! What absolute CRAP!

Used this product to reseal my lower oil pain on a 2nd Generation Tacoma. Worked great. Did not see how to reseal it after use so that I could use it for future jobs.

I never got the chance to try the product. The entire tube was hard as a rock when it arrived. None of it was usable.Could have just been one bad tube out of hundreds but I got the bad tube.They did give me a full Refund....Thank you.

Came recommended by my engine builder to seal the rear main crank bearing journal block on my Nissan L-series engine. Requires you to have a caulking gun (a standard, full size gun WILL WORK you DO NOT need to buy the short style gun Permatex wants to sell you).

I'm a professional mechanic. This is the best RTV sealant out there. You can put together something together, fill it up with coolant, and pressure test it immediately and then give it right back to the customer without any delays waiting for it to cure. I've never had a problem when using right stuff.
