It's fine at lower temperatures but will warp at 400 degrees F or above. I used it in my smoker and it work decent for chicken wings. I used it on my grill and the tray bowed in the middle. They aren't expensive so I guess you can't expect it to be the highest quality tempered steel.

Works great use for cooking salmon on grill. Wash up in dishwasher awesome.

I've used the tray to grill salmon on a very high temperature about 6 times. With a small amount of cooking spray, the fish doesn't stick and the tray is easy to clean. Very satisfied so far.
