Product Description
We use only the finest unblanched, organic almonds available. They are dry roasted and milled with nothing else added to produce our delicious, organic almond butter. Packaged in a 16 oz. glass jar from 50% recycled glass.
Almond butter is a delicious butter that you may spread on crackers, bread, use in recipes or eat with fruit. Our almond butter is a wonderful ingredient in many types of dishes.
Our butters are all natural. The oil in the nut butter will separate so be sure to stir in this oil when you receive the nut butter. Refrigerate or freeze to keep the oil from separating again; (this is the proper procedure for any natural nut butters and peanut butters).
Remember, all of our products may contain trace amounts of other nuts and seeds.
Updated to Lightly Roasted: "When we introduced this product 12 years ago, "raw" did not have the same meaning it does today. The single ingredient in Lightly Toasted remains only organic almonds, or almonds. We have not changed the way we make your favorite almond butter and we still use the same processes as many "raw" manufacturers. However, we feel calling this product "raw" no longer reflects the industry standard of processing below 115 degrees."

This is a healthy almond butter that my family and I love! It has only one ingredient, organic almonds. I like that it is only lightly roasted at a low temperature to preserve the nutrients. We enjoy eating this plain or with fruit or veggies, and it also tastes great in recipes.
