Definitely provide strength, not sure about muscle gains.Doesn't seem to make muscles grow any faster but will give you more strength for your workouts

I'm 68 yo pure vegan for 35 years, circuit train with cardio-kickboxing 3-4/wk for years, within 4 wks seen notable muscle growth all in the right spots. I only take one the morning before workout, along with a vegan plant protein shake. It works!

Felt a noticeable difference in energy level and it seemed to have a tightening/tone effect on muscle especially in my legs, (walking stairs on a daily basis at work plus workout).Only negative is that it bound me up so number 2 was out.I stopped taking for 1 or 2 days and I was back on schedule. I have not taken since due to stomach pain I felt (thought I needed to go ER..).So thats all I have to say about that.

Amazing product, makes you feel in your 20's again. Works within 2 days for me, after at least 1 night of sleep after taking the first dose.One of the ingredients, diasgenin is available to varying degrees in wild yam.On the other hand this is the only product I have seen to contain dicyclopentanone.Again, great product. Too bad currently unavailable, hope it comes back soon.
