Used it to find a leak behind a wall. No setup needed. Picture is clear

I had a senior moment and couldn’t remember if I removed a blue shop towel from the engine girdle after installing a new oil pan. Rtv was already set and pan bolts tightened. Didn’t want to risk breaking the new aluminum pan prying on it to take it all back apart. Enter this little gemwith a coupon to boot!! Pulled drain plug out and took a look around. Nice and clear video, perfect lighting inside a pitch black engine and what do I see??? No blue shop towel was left behind. Well worth the price and saved me from pulling it all that back apart when it wasn’t needed. This is a super cool little gadget that I’m sure will see its use again.especially with my new found memory problems..wait, what am I reviewing?

Got this as a birthday gift for my husband. This is amazing and the quality is fantastic. The use of the camera to adjust thw view with the light attached is great. He absolutely loves it best gift ever.

This was a gift for someone else but we had the chance to use it in the home to look in a wall. Great optics and articulation! I would highly recommend this product and would purchase it again.

As an auto tech this thing is fantastic the picture clarity is outstanding and the movement of the head makes it less disorientating to use. It's quick to set up and easy to take pictures to show customers. I'm glad I found out about this from Tool Box Tours on YouTube.

Recommend to anyone who does mechanic work and other jobs where you need a camera to see in tight spots.

I dropped a torx bit into an open intake port, that can be a giant nightmare. I ordered this and was able to look at all valves and cylinders with amazing high def clarity and can use this in the future to inspect my engines valves and cylinders to know exactly what's happening inside the engines. This tool is a must-have for doing Diagnosis work. This tool will drive up your efficiency. I even did starter on a 1.5T Honda Civic from the top just by viewing the screen and hands under the intake manifold. It's a dope tool!!!!

The only reason not giving it 5 stars is I haven't used it long enough. So far it has been great, clear picture quality and waterproof. I've used it to diagnose drain blockages and use on vehicle repairs. So far it's been great.

So far, I have just played with it not put it to real use. Feels sturdy and has a good picture on the screen. the controls are easy to use. Bought it to see up my truck tail pipe to find out if I have an obstruction in my tail pipe after my catalytic converter came apart. Snowing outside right now, I will try it out later.

at just over $100 at the 15 discounted sale price I couldn't pass this up. As a lifelong car enthusiast always wrenching on my cars doing my own repairs, homeowner, business owner doing all my own repairs on our properties, a camera like this pays for itself 10-fold. the ability to articulate the camera head in basically any position is an outstanding feature that saves you the aggravation of trying to position the camera JUST RIGHT . the only way this could be better is by going with a much more expensive model that allows x and y axis adjustments of the camera head. The case that it comes in is on par with high end testing equipment. its not a cheap blow molded case that you just throw in the trash. the case allows for quick and easy storage of the camera, no fumbling trying to fit and pack it in , the long camera lead easily tucks in its designated molded channel of the case. operation is easy and intuitive enough where you can just power it on and figure it out without reading a manual. time will tell how long the camera lasts, but initial impressions of this camera I give it 5 stars.

I've only had this tool for 24 hours and have already been able to explore a leak under the floor, rescue cat toys from under the refrigerator, and find items I did not know I had lost stuck up under the driver's seat of my car. The camera produces a clear picture and auto-focuses well. The adjustable light at the tip of the camera is bright. The screen is good sized and gives a clear view. Two little attachments for the tip of the camera, a magnet and a hook are handy (hence my retrieval of cat toys from under the refrigerator). The device comes with an installed micro-SIM card, so you can save pics and videos if you wish. My only complaint is that the articulating shifter just moves the camera in one plane (conceptually, just left and right, not up and down). You need to manually manipulate the cable to rotate the cable to rotate the tip of the camera to just the right plane before panning back and forth. If you need to look in hidden places and love gadgets, this item is for you. A good value for the price, IMHO.

I love Teslong's borescopes. The price is unbeatable for a quality unit that rivals the big names in clarity. My Snap-On dealer was even impressed!

The resolution is great

Bought this after I put a hole in something in the wall that doesn't tolerate holes very well. Have put it to light use over the past 6 months and it works very well. A little difficult to use on outside / insulated walls but that isn't the units fault.
