The camera lens is flat on the end on the articulating head, which is terrible if you are in a wet environment. It would be nice if there was an attachment that put some sort of blocker in front of the lens that would make it easier to avoid touching the sides of whatever you are probing. I will probably 3d print something to fix this, as it is a pretty huge downside The resolution is meh, about what I expected. Overall I would have been happy if I paid around $40-60 dollars for it.

I had a unique situation where I needed to see in my walls to run my AC copper pipe without hitting water lines or electrical. Not only did this do the trick, the display is so crisp, clear, bright and detailed, it's well made easy to use and actually fun to use. I thought of many other uses since the main job I purchased it for such as my vehicles and seeing inside the dryer drum where I found what was making a noise from a dress shirt collar stay. A great buy as it already paid me back.

I bought to perform a valve inspection on my Harley. Easily fit in the sparkplug hole and the flexible head allowed for a 180 degree view back to the top of the head. Great camera quality and easy to use. Best $100 I've spent on tools in a while.

The screen is clear, it takes photos. The camera articulates in 2 directions just fine. The extra usefulness surprised me. Battery life is very good so far. In addition to the usual purpose of looking in enclosed spaces I am reaching for the tool more often as I use it to inspect and sometimes guide my hands in areas where I would have had to have done assembly by feel alone. I hope I can replace the rechargeable battery sometime in the future when it goes as I like this tool. Jay

this is got to be the best tool i have used so far for peeping in walls, engine block, crawl spaces, pretty much everywhere you cant see, the swivel head is very easy to adjust and the picture quality is very good with a large screen to boot...

I had high expectations and I'm still blown away, image is very clear and the camera moves very smoothly. Better than the snap-on ones I've used that cost 6 times as much.

Exceeded all my expectations, this is comparable to most name brand inspection cameras. For 100 dollars this is a steal, 90 of inspection cameras can't take photos, this one does. I am a heavy diesel tech and I bought this to inspect my personal vehicle, the articulation is wonderful, the light for the camera I perfect and doesn't drown out the image, and the image quality is top notch. Was able to get around my fan, and water pump pulley to inspect the weep hole without removing any parts.

The added function over a bargain camera purchased from a local bargain tool company makes this boroscope a clear winner. The articulating camera head along with the zoom function have made observation and retrieval much easier.

Needed something to get in the wall and troubleshoot a home improvement project. This does the job well. The scope is stiff enough to get where you need and the articulation allows to look around. The price is fair. Would recommend.

I'm running CAT6 and this is great for surveying the wall cavity before cutting out the box. Being able to turn the camera 90 degrees with the lever is very handy.
