I used to use walmarts brand and then I got this brand. I liked it at first but it will NOT DRY! It took me longer than it should for my treats to DRY! And if youre a treatmaker you know chocolate not drying fast just makes disasters. Dont buy this chocolate please

Please read! Many reviews said the product arrived melted. This product arrived perfectly in 90 weather. It was packaged in reflective wrap with ice packs!!! These people are really trying to get the chocolate to consumers intact. As for melting, I've over heated dipping chocolate before and once you do, you either accept the lumps or dump it in the trash. This product melted far faster than any other I've used. I put it in the microwave (risky move but I had 650 items to dip and time was off the essence) and WATCHED IT CLOSELY, STIRRING EVERY 30 SECONDS. It didn't take long to get creamy and smooth. Tastes great, too!

Love using Merckens! I use it for white, milk, and dark! It melts smoothly and doesn't overheat as fast as other brands. I have been using this brand for 2 years and love it. Just make sure to keep chocolate in an airtight container after opening the bag

Followed the directions accurately and they never melted to a smooth consistency. Unusable had to throw them away.
