I received this as a gift over 15 years ago and has been on almost every single night since then and its still working perfectly ! I only use the white noise while sleeping but the other nature sounds are fun background now and then during the day. Now and then I can hear the recordingsplice in the white noise ( sounds like a dog barking in distance ) and my ear fixates on it but with tone and volume adjustment I can usually decrease it. Reliable device.

The selection is good and realistic the 'critters are perfect especially with the second setting where youcan add them to the main selection. The speaker could be better quality, especially for the cost.The sound control should be a proper rotary dial with 270 degrees of rotation for fine adjustment,the slide volume is a pain in the ass, almost impossible to get perfect the first or third try for thatmatter.

Has a wide range of sounds. This is the second one I have bought from Marsona. The previous one held up for about 15-20 years. A little on the expensive side.

I bought this model because of its' high volume and tone control. I have six of them to block out barking dogs in my neighborhood. It has been a life saver for me!

I was issued one 15 years ago from the Veterans Affairs for severe tinnitus , It works wonders for blocking some of that out , plus relaxes me. Wish it had the flute, wind chimes , native American music

I really like this product. I enjoy hearing their sounds and relax while listening whatever I have chosen. The only but, it would be that it is not possible to play with the overlay sounds as this machine has not an volume key only for them or the option of playing them without the base sounds. Maybe, it could be a future improvement.
