Purchased this in June of 24, after just 2 months, spring has disintegrated and shaft not far behind.

Replaced the check valve with this thing. Spa kept draining, wouldn't flow normally. Thought I had an air leak. All kinds of wild goose chase ensued. Finally replaced with a real Jandy valve, which worked perfectly. This is trash. Do not buy. You will wish you hadn't.

I've installed this a year ago and didn't really have any issues since then. It leaked (meaning flow back) very little a few times, the spa was 1-2 inches low in the morning but not happened very open. Likely could be a small leaf or something stuck.

It does not come with new screws, but it works great! Make sure you do not skimp on the grease! Make sure you get the part number from the old valve before you order the new one!
