Who knew wire prices would skyrocket? Well here is one option for a decent copper clad aluminum two conductor wire. Nothing fancy, but the price is reasonable considering today's inflation.

Worked for a little while but started corroding on my boat trailer. Even with heat shrink connectors still corroded having to replace wiring.

Earlier post said you can't solder it, so I thought if I can't solder it I'm not keeping it. So I tried soldering it and it worked just fine. See photo
