Product Description
Lundberg now offers Thai Hom Mali Jasmine White rice. Thai Hom Mali rice is a special variety sourced from small, remote farming communities in Thailand. The rice's aromatic fragrance, slightly sweet flavor, and texture are unique to rice grown in this part of the world. All their rice is non-GMO, and 70% of all their products are certified organic.
"Leave the land better than you found it, " Albert Lundberg used to say. Back in 1937, he and his wife moved to California from Nebraska, where they had lived through the bleak Dust Bowl years. He was ahead of his time and determined to do things differently on his new farm in the fertile Sacramento Valley.
Lundberg rice was never grown by conventional methods, and by the mid-1960s, Albert's four sons decided it was simply too good for the commodities market. So they took a risk and started selling their new Lundberg Family Farms brand directly to stores and consumers.
Today, Albert Lundberg's legacy lives on and the family farm has evolved into a thriving business that produces more than 100 healthful rice and grain products, while protecting the environment for future generations. Lundberg is a leader in organic farming, conservation, renewable energy, and eco-farming.

Directions
Microwave:
- Squeeze unopened pouch to separate rice
- Tear top corner of pouch to vent
- Heat on high for 90 seconds, and then let steam in microwave for 1 minute
*Use caution when removing pouch from microwave as the steam from the pouch will be hot!
Stove Top:
- Squeeze unopened pouch to separate rice
- Tear top corner to open and pour contents into skillet
- Add 1 tsp of olive oil and stir over medium heat until warmed thoroughly
Refrigerate after opening and use within 2 days.

Delicious rice.. esp when on the go... at the office. Scent, taste, texture.. all good. Only thing is it's a bit pricey, but that's oftentimes the price of convenience! :) Whenever I dont order this, I'll just steam rice at home or use one of those microwavable steamers for rice at the office. Still, this is really good!
