Grown on the Pacific Coast in collaboration with farmers who share the same values, the Antique White Quinoa is a soft, off-white seed and mildly sweet. The Tri-Colored Quinoa includes white, brown, red, and black seeds, creating its own unique texture and a savory, nutty flavor. Both varieties cook up fluffy and soft in 15 minutes. Use it as a meal or side dish, or as an addition to your own special recipes.
